Medihelp is a critical, life-saving initiative by the Songjog Foundation dedicated to ensuring that quality medical support and treatment are accessible to the most vulnerable and underserved populations in Bangladesh. The project bridges the acute healthcare gap through two primary channels: direct aid for critical medical support and the delivery of essential primary care via medical camps in remote and geographically isolated communities.

Eliminating Barriers to Healthcare
Millions of people in Bangladesh face critical healthcare gaps due to poverty and geographic isolation. Remote communities in riverine lands, char areas, and islands have virtually no access to formal healthcare. Urban slum dwellers face financial barriers that make even basic medical care unaffordable. Without intervention, minor illnesses become life-threatening crises, and families are pushed deeper into poverty by medical expenses.
