Songjogfoundation has a collaboration with ‘Swapnanagar Bidyaniketon which is the first-ever school in a rural area (Kochuwai) of Chittagong district, Bangladesh. Children who come to school from neighboring families live below the poverty line and cannot afford traditional schooling. Before Swapnanagar, there were very few children in the area that had ever gone to a school before. Started in 2009 by like-minded dedicated educators, volunteers and community leaders, Swapnanagar has been steadily growing. Since the mission and vision of Songjogfoundation met the aspiration of this school, Songjogfoundation has collaborated with this school to bring light to these communities .
