Healing and Resilience
NIRBAN is a vital mental health initiative launched by Songjog Foundation and Sofron Foundation in response to the July 2024 uprising. It responds directly to the surge in mental health issues (anxiety, depression, PTSD) by equipping survivors with essential tools for self-care and resilience.
