Delete Your Edujog Account and Data
Edujog is a mobile application operated by Songjog Foundation. Use this page to permanently delete your Edujog account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the Edujog app
Open the Edujog app, go to your profile or account settings, and select Delete Account. Confirm when prompted.
Option 2 — Use the form below
Complete the short form and we will process your request. You can also email us at info@songjogfoundation.org from the address linked to your account.
What data is deleted
Once your request is verified, we delete your Edujog account and the personal information associated with it, including your profile details and account activity.
What data may be retained
We may keep a limited amount of information where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms. Any retained information is kept only for as long as necessary and then securely deleted.
How long it takes
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
