Self and Environmental Cleanliness Program
The 100 On 100 program is a hands-on youth engagement initiative led by Songjog Foundation and Urmi Group. It is designed to instill lasting values of personal hygiene, campus cleanliness, and environmental sustainability among school students.
Over a month-long activation, each participating school engages 100 students in structured practical activities. The program emphasizes dignity in manual work and helps students become proactive change agents for cleaner, healthier communities.

Cultivating Cleanliness and Environmental Leadership
The core mission is to create a culture of responsibility and environmental stewardship at the school level. Students learn by doing: caring for themselves, improving their campuses, and practicing environmental responsibility in front of their peers.
Hygiene and Campus Care
Students learn self-care, personal hygiene, and daily cleanliness habits that support a healthier school environment.
Waste and Recycling Practice
Participants practice responsible disposal, segregation, and recycling, with special attention to plastic waste.
Dignity in Manual Work
The program encourages respect for practical work and shared responsibility for maintaining clean public spaces.
Youth Climate Leadership
Trained students become peer examples and advocates for sustainability at school, home, and community level.
Students Turning Awareness Into Action

Hands-On School Activation
Through visible campus activities, students practice cleanliness, peer instruction, waste awareness, and shared responsibility in a way that can continue after the activation ends.
Immediate Habits With Long-Term Community Effect
The program creates direct student engagement while also encouraging long-term behavioral change across schools, homes, and neighborhoods.
Climate Awareness
Students become examples for peers and begin growing as climate-aware campus leaders.

Small Practices Become Community Norms
Clean campuses, safe hygiene habits, and responsible waste practices are not one-time lessons. When students model these behaviors together, they normalize environmental care and bring that practice into families and neighborhoods.
