Songjog Carehome caters to a diverse group of residents, including students, general patients, and critical patients, each with unique care needs. Our services include:
- Nutritious Meal: Residents receive carefully planned, nutritious meals tailored to their dietary requirements.
- Accommodation: Students enjoy a conducive environment for studying, while other patients benefit from a refreshing setting conducive to their recovery.
- Medication and Check-Up: A dedicated medical team, including a doctor and certified caregivers, offers necessary treatment and regular check-ups.
- Special Care: Sick residents receive extra attention, including additional care, check-ups, and personalized food plans.
- Personalised Care for Critical Patients: Critical patients receive one-on-one care, with a personal caregiver devoted to their needs.
- Refreshments: Residents can enjoy a variety of entertainment options, such as TV, music, and special programmes on weekends. Yearly picnics are arranged to enhance their well-being further.
- Training Program for Students: Through their project SAVE, Songjog Carehome empowers visually impaired students with training in Spoken English, Computer Skills, Communication, and Call Center training. Students can also participate in various projects and programs as interns.
- Transportation: For residents who need to go outside for work or study purposes, transportation is provided.

Songjog Carehome has achieved remarkable success stories despite their relatively short journey:
- Fuljan Banu: The first resident of Songjog Carehome, Fuljan Banu, was found in a dire condition on the road. The care provided transformed her into a healthy and self-sufficient individual who can now walk, talk, and lead a fulfilling life.
- Mafizur Rahman: He lost his wife in March ,2021.After the loss of his wife,he was staying lonely in Dhaka and shortly face heart attack in July,2021.Mr.Mafiz is an Exen of LGED and he has been serving the nation since 1975. His only daughter living in Australia,communicated with us to her father for better care .Mr.Mafiz had been living at Songjog Carehome from October 2022 to March ,2023 and then he left Bangladesh to Australia to stay with his daughter in good physical and mental condition.
- Risayat: Risayat,a 30 years old myopathy patient is now staying at Songjog Carehome with proper care along with providing him caregiving service.
- Minhaz Uddin: Minhaz Uddin, Professor,Department of Library Science,University of Dhaka,
faced paralysis due to a stroke. With professional care from Songjog Carehome, he has regained his ability to speak and move his body parts.
- Era Sen Gupta: Era Sen Gupta arrived at Songjog Carehome on a stretcher with no one to care for her. After a few months of dedicated care, she can now walk, perform daily tasks independently, and even attend a Puja event on her own feet.
