The interactive day-long session gathered 45 local youth and recent graduates, alongside four respected community leaders and educators, to explore emerging livelihoods in the healthcare sector.

The opening technical session was conducted by SK Al Mukit Antor, Training Coordinator at Songjog Caregiver Center. He presented an in-depth analysis of demographic shifts, aging populations, and the growing demand for qualified care professionals across hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, specialized care homes, and home-care settings.

Participants explored how national accreditation standards, such as those governed by the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA), are creating formal career ladders for certified caregivers.
